We have them here - in a nutshell, if you have a cheap head, buy a cheap helmet.
NONE of the serious riders in SA would even CONSIDER one of those - anyone can put fancy graphics on a lid - it's what's inside that counts.
They may be certified, but the fit, wind noise etc are well below the standards set by Shoei, Arai, and the other reputable helmet manufacturers.
I wouldn't even wear one on a scooter..............[8D]
