As for insurance, I am going to take care of this out of pocket. I am fortunate enough to have friends who work at a local dealer. So hopefully I can remind him of the fact that I did not charge him any labor for a remodel I did for him a few years back.So I think the cost of parts should be managable. Plus I think anytime you pay for something out of pocket, it helps you remember the outcome of these things in the future.

The shoulder is really starting to tighten up. I have have multiple strains before, and this feels like a bad strain. I dont feel any clicking of bones or popping of cartilidge so I hope it is ok. I might go into a local clinic tommorrow just to get an x-ray to double check.

I actually hit a patch of gravel in a curve last week. I got very lucky and got out of it clean (minus 2-3 drops of pee in my pants)

glad to hear you had your gear on, alot of people hear don't wear it. keep us informed about that shoulder man, it sounds like it could be out of socket or worse.
