? about AMA Superbike race.......
ok, me and a couple friends will be attending the AMA Superbike race in August at Virginia International Speedway. i have a quick question that the VIR website didnt seem to answer.......
A) what is the "paddock pass" that is included in the ticket combo im purchasing?
B)the ticket pass im purchasing also includes a "lap of track". anyone care to elaborate on this? is it people w/ that pass that get to take a ride in a VIR vehical around the track before the race, or is it something we get to do on the bikes at a slow pace behind a trained instructor?
thanks in advance......

RE: ? about AMA Superbike race.......
The "paddock" is the area where the riders/trailers/etc all "hang out". At Mid-Ohio, the garages are within the paddock which is pretty damn cool because you can watch the mechanics work on the riders bikes, you can talk to the riders, get autographs...all kinds of neat s**t. As far as the lap thing, IDK how VIR works, but at Mid-Ohio, they have a "Parade Lap(s)" every year to where a group of people get to take a lap (or 2 if they're in a good mood!) around the track during "halftime" following an "instructor" and with an "instructor" in the back. A group of us are going to VIR so maybe we all can hook up or something...?
