my room mates bike got tipped over by some random bike tipping vandal? then today other room mate backed over my bike with his truck. i mean.. how the fu*$ don't you look behind you when you back up? he ended up cracking the stater and shredding the fairings. bent the clutch lever.. so. annoying. i just poured 2k into that bike getting it to where it was looking decent. now insurence is probably gonna say it's totaled and give me 2k to go buy some piece of junk. i'm not going to get anything close to the power of a 900 with 2k. especially since all the prices are up so high since it's just barely spring. fml.

 

It's a sucky situation to be in since he's your roommate...but if he damaged it he should be paying for it. Have him pay for new fairings, stator, clutch lever and whatever else broke. He hit it, he fixes it.
