2 crashes in 2 months
How bad were the crashes?
Really, it depends on how you feel on the bike. It's nobody else' place to tell you that you should be able to get back on the bike or not. Some people are scared out of their minds from the moment they turn onto the road on their first bike and that fear never goes away. Some people are naturals and any fear they have disappears immediately. Same thing goes for people who've had an accident. If you can feel comfortable getting back on a bike, by all means, keep going. But if you're too nervous to relax and concentrate properly on traffic, maybe it's time to find a new hobby.
Personally, if I had two bad accidents (ie. life-threatening) in two months, I'd probably give up riding. That's just me, though.

I have been down twice. First time I hurt my shoulder and foot. Second time I got a lot of rash and banged up the bike. Rebuild it and TAKE YOUR TIME. The only thing that should stop you from riding is death.

I cannot say it any better than that.

Ya can go both ways. If you want to ride or not. Personally once I go down hard on a crash(not a small one like I have done). I will pack it up and move on. Just my sign of saying enough is enough.
Yeah , you are not giving us much to go on here man. Since you are asking the
question it would suggest you are questioning your own committment given your
recent crashes. Depends ........ were they accidental in nature, due to inexperience
and/or from riding outside your own abilities ?
Sometimes **** happens more than once and it's just plain bad luck. If that's the
case just figure out how and if ya can take steps to avoid future recurrances by
maybe taking a class or two .........and get back at it ..... wear good gear..... ride
on man ............ way I see it.

i had a low slide beginning june. i took 3 wks off before i got back on. 1 wk for the body to heal. another 2 to save up for a new helmet. im less confident in my turns now then before but im getting back up to where i was. plus new tires in the short future should help that fear out.
i'd say stick with it bc ull miss it when its gone.
