No.... you're just a Marine.

He got a limited edition Ducati Desmosedici, all Carbon Fiber Fairings. What a steal!

I did not ride her back. Was ready to but it was colder than expected and saw an occasional flurry during the drive in. I'd say I chickened out except the saleswoman was so relieved she tossed in delivery for free.

Before we got there, a guy wadded up q brand new Ducati Diavel in the parking lot. He had experience riding. But cold tires + cold asphalt + unfamiliarity with the bike + virgin brake pads & rotors = dude crying at her desk for an hour

I'd say, you made the wise choice...especially w/ free delivery.

Now comes that ever-important follow the break-in procedures period.

Look forward to more pics!

Actually the break in is somewhat controlled by BMW.

1st 160 miles: ecu restricts the engine to 7k rpm
161 - 600 miles: ecu restricts the engine to 9k rpm. Bike has to be returned to BMW for the 1st oil change and ecu reprogramming.

Inside those restrictions, they said just dance around the rpm range.

Question Kuro. Did you change your mind after you sat on her, looked back and realized she had a fat a**? Lol
