Ok I know its a early and still the middle of winter but This coming summer will be my first summer of riding since joining the forum. I want to plan a ride so I thoughtid put theopportunity out there if anyone is interested. I would like to see if you guys would want to meet up and go out skydiving and then ride for the day. I think it would be a really good time. We could ride out to grove city early and after skydiving really hit up some good roads. I wanted to get this up there because I wanted to give every1 time to get money etc. together if they wanted to go. I was thinkin if we get some people together we can schedule a group skydive (which we will get a discount for) in early may. Let me know if your interested and we can pick a good time and day for everyone, and make an appointment. If you need any info on the skydive I have answers to most of the questions.

If this thread becomes alive again I'll be game for meetin up sometime this summer. I'm in morgantown and I know few of my buddies would be game to ride up as well.

 

I 'm from Weirton, WV. Thats just 40 mins from Pittsburgh. I'm just getting back in the sport bike thing.

 

I go to college in Beaver Falls, PA... so I've been out here for awhile and am pretty familiar with the area. Started riding last fall and only have about 3k miles under my belt. But now I'm starting to look for ppl to ride with just for fun. Anybody around the Beaver County area? I ride a '01 cbr600f4i.....

 

Why dosen't western Pa area have sportsbike group or club? All I see is the big OLD Harley groups that dominate the area. I have lived all over the country and every city and State I have lived in had a sports bike club or group that mets once a month, had bike nights, and did large group rides-representing sports bikes. Why not here?! I live south of Pittsburhg and have talked to a few riders out here on the idea and I want to see what everyone else think?

 

I have tried to figure this out for a long time. I tried to start one but there was no interest. I had one or two people ask about it on a few forums, but nothing ever came of it. I even started a face book group but no one joined so I closed it.

I plan to go to Bike night at station square this Thursday 1 July. I will be wearing camo pants with black jacket with big Marine corp emblem patch on back. I ride a candy red 07 CBR 600rr, if anyone wants to meet/greet. I am interested in meeting other riders in the area.
