well i know the area quite well... We could easily meet at the "bear mountain Mobil" It is usually packed with bikes on a sunday and has food (sandwiches and dunkin donuts), and clean bathrooms and gas.. then we could maybe go for a hour or so cruise and stop at the top of BM for some pics..

If the jersey/NY guys wanna meet and head North together we can go to the Palisades mall (easy to get to), then its like 20-30 min north of that

Here are some pics and a map of where the mobil is..

Top of Bear mountain (you can see NYC skyline from a different angle

Alot of Overcast but NYC is there

MapQuest "Bear Mountain, NY" and thos will show pic will show up

10 it is!

do you have an address for the mobil station?

and dont worry bout some idiots coming along, most of the guys i ride with are more experienced than me...speaking of which...how experienced are you guys?

this is my 2nd summer riding, and ive got 14k miles under my belt...i would definitely consider myself a medium paced rider, slow rides bore me and fast rides scare me, haha...but ive learned to know my limits(the hard way) and dont push myself more than im comfortable with

Awesome, this will be fun. The mobil is definately the place to meet. If you just stop and ask someone along the way if you get lost they will tell you. I would tell you to bring anyone you want as long as you know they can ride. Steer clear from the rookies because this area can be challenging. I learned my lesson the hard way last time.

I am on my second season of street riding, with substantial dirt bike and quad history. I can hold my own. Erion I think is on his fourth season, and he can boogey for sure.

This will be a good meet, I am glad we are getting one together. I will also spread the word.

I did this before and yes it is a very very challenging road/area. I only have 3k miles under my belt and i did that trip with my friends aprilia mille and it was amazing. Scrubed his tires a bit further over then he did and hes been riding it for yrs, we also noticed there was a screw in the rear tire the next day so i was doing that trip with a bit low tire pressure haha
