We have justified it many many times by involving the noobs into these little side tracks , even if it is when they comment that we are nuts :-)..
It does break the ice with them .. and sure it would be blatant Jacking if it was not helping them just a little , which it does mate ...
I actually do not understand why you would bother to press the point of jacking when it goes on around here in near every thread to some degree anyway...
At least the noob jacking has some positive effect ... that we have proven by their continued responses on many occasions...
I don't know how many times I have already posted that we, the welcome crew and helpers are implementing a well designed and thought out new approach to noobs....
