Well, it is here. I drove home my '99 CBR 600 this afternoon. It still has the original battery in it and it was a PIA to keep her running. Had to jump it to start her and she fired right and sounded solid, but soon the battery that is dead shorted would only let you go about 1 mile before you would lose spark. I hope it isn't stator related, but.........who knows for sure. Get a new battery and see how it behaves, or........? Has a little tip over damage so I am looking for new fairing pieces in yellow and a new shifter. Compared to what I am used to this thing is a rocket when the battery was keeping the power to the coils. The "Two Brothers" carbon muffler sounds nice too. Not loud, but with authority. Would love to have the Fi style seat or at least a seat cowl.
