Default What"s up

I've been a CBR owner for 2 years it's a 98 900rr I got screwed when I bought this bike it was listed as a 98 900 rr with 5416 original miles the dealer said it was also bone stock they sent me some pics via email and i was guaranteed it was in perfect running condition so I bought it for 5000 when I get this bike its got a mix of 98 and 99 fairings and a 99 gas tank.Being this was my first bike I had no idea what to look for I had looked at a lot of bikes and I didn'twant a 600 to start because I'm 6'2 and 215 pounds I wanted a bike that would fit me so the 900 rr stood out to me any ways once I got the bike home and did all the research I could on this thing I found out 98 900rr only came in tigerstripe, yellow and red I was pissed and called the dealer right away they tried to give me the run around about what a great bike it was and what a deal I got after I threatened with a lawsuit they're attitude changed they gave me back a grand and an arai helmet after that I put a stage one jet kit a full d+d exhaust and a full custom paint job I'm still a little disapointed with the horsepower to the rear wheel I would appreciate any tips this forum could provide to boost that up other than that .RIDE HARD!

It just does not make sense to own a 900 rr when a 06 600rr has basically the same horsepower.

I think she means shes livid if someone sold her something that wasn't what was advertised. I just don't understand why people buy bikes by only looking at pictures especially if it was used. You should inspect the bike, ride it and then make a sounddecisionto purchase thebike.

Don't worry too much, since anyway you already bought it. It's a good buy.

Should have bought a plane ticket to where ever the bike was if you wanted it so bad. Could have save you alot of headaches.
