Default Tires

I have a 2004 CBR 1000RR. I have 4400 miles and it is close to new tire time. I rode to Canada and back and that was 2000 mile round trip so the center line is down a little, but I still have plenty on the sides.

What kind do you all reccomend? I ride street now, and track next spring, but no track racing, just burning off a little steam.

Please advise.

Thanks

Welcome, a Good all round tyre would be the Bridgestone BT-012SS or 014, for more stickier stuff use Pirrelli Supercorsa or Metzeler Racetecs.

Michelin Pilot Powers. If you had them on your Ninja...I hope it was a ZX-9 or above. MPP's work better on 700cc bikes and above where as Dunlop is top notch for 600's.
