(Sorta) new rider
Hi all,
New owner of a 2002 CBR F4i. Bought her from the original owner, 11K miles. Straight stock from nose to tail. Bought her on Tuesday, delivered on Wednesday, and 200+ miles later. Might make a few mods.
A bit about me. I'm 42 (43 in a couple weeks). My only other bike was a 750s Nighthawk back in the day...probably before many on here were born...hehe. Finally decided to do something for myself, and looked for about a month. Wasn't really picky...just knew I wanted a R1, R6, GSXR or the F4i. This one fell into my lap, picked her up for 3K, brand new tires, and not ridden hard.
Now I just have to take the MSF, still riding with my WI temps. So...no riding at night (wait...violated that already), wearing my helmet (ALWAYS will), and no passengers (outside of a 100 yard trip in a parking lot a couple times).
Checked out this forum before making the purchase, thanks for creating the forum, helped me out a lot.
