I'm on my bike about a month 3 weeks ago turning left into a parking lot at school and a car is coming so obviously i'm not going to turn in front of them, well the car behind me didnt think so so she hits me in the tail.

Needless to say, my bike is done for i believe. I'm buying a truck for the winter months but really hope i can get another bike because you just can't beat the riding.

 

Man that sucks. Did you have full coverage? I hope so. See what you can salvage or sell. Look for another bike just after the new year.

You do know that she is at fault NO MATTER WHAT. You can push this pretty far in courts and you WILL win. Did you have your signal on?

 

I'm assuming he's taking the money from the wreck bike and buying the truck he's talking about. You have to have other means of transportation in most areas. I will ride up until it starts snowing and icing over, but I also drive a 04 Vibe for poor weather. Besides, I miss the GPS navigation in my car at times, cause I lost as s### on my bike at times.

Yeah i got a check for what was the original damage but then the bike shop checked it out and realized it was way more than they expected so i should be getting another one.
I will pay my loan off so i can get a truck but i will have to get anotehr bike before next summer because i'm missing it already. been a little over 3 weeks and its november and we are stilll hitting the 60 degrees in ohio!

Missing some great riding time ugh! Just a good thing i wasnt hurt but it is a little scary going down a bike, not enough to keep me off though.
