Default ridered1 says hello

Old guy, been riding/racing over 40 years. Still fast. Have a 02 600F4i, 93 SV1000s, 05 XR650 and a Harley POS I inherited. Street rides are mostly stock, mods include slip on exhausts, Airhawk seats, Convertibars (did I mention that I am old?) Heated clothing thermostats and slikdesignsusa extendable mirrors for safety. Put on about 25000 miles a year, the F4i is my dance partner on racer road and the SV is for sport touring with the emphasis on sport. I live in paradise, I can leave at 9am ride three mountain passes @ 9000 feet and be home for dinner. This is my first forum and I hope to make friends and learn stuff.

Welcome to CBRF Ridered!! That's some impressive yearly milage. So just where is this paradise you call home? Post up some pics of all of your rides when you get the chance. I'd love to see them (well, all but the HD that is...lol).

Take care and enjoy the forums.

Default ridered1 in paradise

I live in the Sierra Nevada mountains, central Calif. 45 minutes from Yosemite. If that does not qualify as motorcycle heaven then I want to know where it is. Thanks for the welcome.

Default thanks

It feels good to be wanted, will upload pics soon. As for the Hardley Abelson. it might be fun to ride if I could get the primary case to quit marking it's territory on my shop floor!

A Harley leaking oil?? I don't believe it!!

A woman I work with said her husband used to store his Harley in their dining room. After ruining the carpet, she made him put a pan under it. lol....
