Dammit had another guy I ran into saying NOT to get a liter bike because they suck in the mountains. Im so confused. I had my eyes on a cbr 1000rr or an 04 r1 (no offense to the honda guys here)

Hes telling me to get like a 600cc bike or something...

If you want a liter after having the 750 go for it man. A liter does NOT suck in the mountains. I ride twisties near everyday on a 929 and would never consider it to be slow or clunky in the turns. A newer 1kRR is going to corner a lot better then your old 750. I think you will be suprised.
