Hey all. Just bought an 07 1000rr. I have a cruiser but haven't had a sport in about 8 yrs. Can't wait to ride today!!

Used to go Harbor and fripp Islands alot. Beaufort is a nice area. I live in Charlotte NC. Let me no if there are any good bike stuff down that way. Good exuse to go to the beach

Hi and welcome to the site!
First sportbike in 8 yrs and you got a 1000RR?
Be prepared for a world of change 'cause sportbikes have advanced alot since the last time
you have ridden one and a 1k at the least.
The 1000RR might feel like a 600 to you but with way more power.
Ride safe!!

So far that's exactly what I'm feeling...like my old 600 but definitely faster.

lol welcome to the forums, i went froma 200 to a 1k LOL...a lot of power, take it easy on the bike..
what colors did you get for you 1krr?
