Default Noob checking in

Hello all. Just got a 99 CBR f4 about 2 weeks ago so I thought it would be a good idea to connect with other CBR owners. Learned to ride about 8 years ago and have ridden friend's bikes here and there but finally decided to get serious about the sport...and I'm loving every second of it! She's got approx 25K miles on her and a few mods (jetted, full Muzzy exhaust, 15/47 sprockets, custom paint, integrated clear tailligh and various other little stuff) I'll post pics later...

Here's a few pics... Don't mind the scratches... I slipped on some gravel turning into a parking lot... I was only going ~10mph. My pride was hurt more than the bike. I plan on repainting it over the winter (matte black), and replacing the pig spotters with real mirrors, and few other things.

Looks like it's in better condition then mine! Seriously!

Don't worry about the small slide you took. Happens to everyone at some point or another (some more than others). Besides...it adds character.

Welcome to the forum.

Oh man I feel for ya........ Most drops happen just that way.....or sitting still...............Those are the ones that make you kick yourself..........
I was talking to a friend while he was sitting on his bike one time........he just leaned it over and it fell.......he thought the kick stand was down...LOL............Stuff happens
