great advice, i never try to keep up cause the people i ride with are aparently nuts or at least this newbie thinks so.yeah it sucks being left behind but it would suck even more for my 2 yr old daughter not to have a daddy cause he rode outside his bounds.i know how i can ride now.and i know how i can ride someday but i'll only be able to ride someday by how i ride now.[&:]wtf that makes sense to me

Yup thats some good advice. I just started to ride and I think I would get smoked by someone rolling a xr50 with street tires lol. I am taking it slow and trying to learn as much as I can from more experienced riders. MSF course is a must for new riders.
