Default New rider from upstate N.Y.

Hey whats up everyone? New rider from upstate N.Y. here. I just recently purchased over the winter a 2007 1000RR. The dealership near me actually still had one left over which i was able to pick up really cheap. I absolutely love it.
I just wanted to let you guys know. I test drove many bikes: 07 R1, 08 R1, 09 GSXR 1000, 08 ZX-10R, and there were also a few more. After riding all of them i was still the most satisfied with my buddies 05 Repsol. I fell in love with it! The dealership also had an 07 R1 backmodel and thats what my two choices came down too. In the end I took the CBR!
I will be posting up some before and after pictures of my bike. Havent gotten around to it yet. So far Ive done smoke flushmounts, smoke integrated taillight, fender eliminator, and pro grip carbon fiber tank pad. I will be doing the Intake flapper mod and exhaust flapper mod later this week. Please let me know if you guys think the flapper mod is worth it and if there are any negatives in doing it. Thanks guys!

Thanks guys for the welcome, and no, the dealership did not let me test any of those bikes. The bikes ive tried were my co-workers, neighbors and friends. The dealerships around here have a no test drive policy on any sportbikes. The only thing that ive tested at a dealership is cruisers and four wheelers.
