Default new rider new to forum

just wanted to say hi. i am a new rider a week into it and i found this website googling my bike. i have a 1000rr and all i hear is crap from people about how i am going to die because it is too much bike. i hope i don't hear it hear but looks like a cool site

welcome! although a 1krr isn't the typical bike for beginners... it doesn't mean it can't be YOUR 1st bike. like you said, know your limits and you'll be fine post some pics when you get a chance...

Agreed... so long as you know and stay within your limits you will do fine. The people who get messed up are the people who think they can ride because they can drive and they instantly go nuts and end up over their head. So long as you know and respect your limits you will be absolutely fine. Congrats on the new bike man, 1000RR's are GORGEOUS([sm=drlove.gif] i love them). Good luck bud!

thanks for the warm welcome but i think i'm the only one here with a 04 1000rr. everyone has a new one but i need to wash ther bike before any pics its dirty from riding around dirty philly
