new rider in MA
Hey everyone,
I just finished my MSF course this past weekend, I loved it... and I just gave the final payment for a 97 F3 last night. It has 22k miles but the engine was freshly rebuilt 1500 miles ago. It's the original purple and yellow paint scheme, and I'm planning on eventually getting the wheels powdercoated the original yellow color since they're black right now. It'll be delivered soon... can't wait to get it.
I've been looking around the forum for a while, read some stuff about the F3, and after finishing the MSF course I knew I would be fine on a 600 for my first bike. I was really comfortable with the 250, almost scraping the pegs through the turns ... by the end of the second day I was really anxious to get on a bigger bike.
I'll be looking for group rides in the MA/Northeast region, and maybe some track days too. If anyone in the area knows more about where I can find group rides and/or track days feel free to contact me!

Welcome to the forums Viva_Brasil.
Good to have you with us bro.
Goodjob on the MSF course its a wonderful class to start riding. Before you get into them group rides. Take a bunch of rides by yourself to find your groove. And when riding in a group. Always remember to be aware of the others around you and ride within your abilities. Sometimes when riding in groups, it brings out the dummy in some.
RideSafe homie. [sm=smiley20.gif]
