Just saying hi. I am new to street bikes, although I've ridden up to 250 dirtbikes, this is a whole different ball game. The general riding is the same, but the amount of attention you have to pay to other people makes it really different. I've only ridden it for about 50 miles and I am really happy with it! I just have to buy all the right gear now (better helmet, leathers, etc).

Anyway, I picked up a'97600F3 for $3,300. There are a few small scratches, but overall it's in excellent cosmetic & mechanical shape.

Welcome! That's a nice looking bike, and F3s are great. You might want to consider putting on frame sliders, before you pull up to a red light and put your foot down on an oil slick.

No, that was taken at the seller's house.... he's a volunteer fire fighter. I felt pretty good about buying from him... seemed mature and honest.
