Default New old guy on the Gulf Coast

Greetings from Mississippi. I moved here a few years ago from Alaska and last Feb. bought a 06 600RR. I love living on the coast where I get to ride almost every day. It's nice to see the respect shown here and all of the help for us newbies.

Thanks for the welcome! Alaska is beautiful but my Dad only gets a few months a year on his Harley, so I love it in the South. Pics seem to be in order so here's what I got. As a die hard Broncos fan I bought the orange tribal 06 that already had a Yoshimura slip on exhaust, HID headlights, frame sliders, flush mount turn signals, fender eliminator. Now it's time to add my blue to the orange. I painted the tread, added blue CBR bar ends, a few Broncos sticker, license plate cover with LEDs and I have more LEDs, blue windscreen, blue levers and some powder coating for the swingarm in the works. All cosmetic so far but I need to learn more about performance. Here is how it stands (I hope this works):

That looks very nice!

Only suggestion I would make is - to rethink doing the powdercoating on the swingarm. While the blue accents are a nice touch, my personal opinion on coating the swingarm blue would be too much. But its your bike, make it the way you want it. :-)
