so, i just bought a yellow/black '00 F4 w/ 16k miles. can't wait to ride, but here in Madison, WI we are getting quite a snow storm.

this is my first bike, so it should be fun![sm=happy046.gif]

i'm actually near middleton over on the west side of madison. marinette, that's up there! i went to college in ripon and spent time in appleton and oshkosh.

Be very careful riding when the weather starts to break. You'll be excitedto get out there. Just remember to let the tires warm up and don't push it until you get to know the bike real well.

yeah, i plan on getting to know this bike REAL well before i do too much with it. i have ridden before but two were small bikes and one was a test ride of an R6. i did take the motorcycle safety course last fall, so that is good. learned a lot of good stuff from that.
