Hopefully I got this down with the pictures.
Okay so was having a problem with my bike right around 4k rpm it pauses for a second and sounds real rough after you go about 4k rpm. Almost like its not getting enough gas.
Took the carbs off cleaned them broke a jet where u put the screw driver so replaced if with one from Honda (stock) not sure if the PO had done carb work could be my problem the jets are different. Just got the bike yesterday pulled the carbs off just now and the lines connecting each carb on the float side I noticed this from carb2-carb 3 could this be y it feels like its starving for gas and not running in tip top shape?

everything on the bike is like new took me 10 months of rebuilding/buying new parts has new fluids (oil brake radiator and oil) all around has new fuel filter new air filter new fuel pump relay new battery massive overhaul of wiring new handle bars new mirrors new spark plugs, rebuilt forks new tires. cleaned carbs once and replaced (dont remember which jet) jet on 3rd carb. also thinking about replacing a few fuel lines and vaccum lines going to carb, just noticed my petcock is leaking when i turn it to on although just a dribble think im getting a new one or just gonna check the seal of it
also my stator plug was fried so i just harwired the wires and sodered them together

That's a lot of work for sure.
Yep, on a 13 yr old bike, those fuel lines & hoses will need replacing. When the tank is lifted to do maintenance, its flexing the fuel line. If it flexes an old & significantly less flexible line, it will crack/rupture it causing fuel to leak. You can get a section of fuel line at any automotive or bike shop by the foot.
