Default New member & question

Whats up guys!! This is my first post here. I have been searching for a CBR(98+) for a while and pretty much could find anything within my price range or the bike was not taken care of at all. Well to make a long story short I got a 1987 CBR600F Hurricane for a trade for some work I did. The bike has 2,200 miles on it and was rode only 1 season. The bike runs but needs to be gone through and checked which I am doing right now. I also am going to take it to a buddy of mine that works on honda bikes for a living just to make sure everything is gone through. My question is how much is this bike worth??? I mean its only got 2,200 miles. If I sell this one then I can actully by the one I want before spring hits. Thanks in advance for your help!

Not real sure. '87 is 21 years old now. 2,200 miles is nothing, thats amazing. I'd say put it up for sale at $2,200 and see what happens. How much are you expecting to get out of it, and what is your pricerange on a new bike for this spring?

Try the Kelly Blue Book site for motorcycles, or the NADA motorcycle price site. Both are pretty accurate on resale prices. It's a start, hopefully it helps.
