Default New member question

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum and was looking for some advice, we are racing F2 sidecars in the UK the chassis is currently fitted with one of the 1998 engines (FW - 600) But I am looking to update the engine to the newer CBR600RR. I have a 2004 RR engine and this will go in ok without much work but the engine is mounted on 12mm ally plates, could anyone advise if the 2003 to 2005 use the same engine mount holes then do the 2006 and up to 2015 engines all use the same engine mount hole positions. Reason for the question is I might go for the later engines and just cut all plates to suit 2006 onwards.
Thanks,
Alan

Hi and welcome to the forum. That's an unusual question for sure. Hopefully someone might know that specific information or know where to direct you. Good luck.
