hi all , im totally new to this today hence the user name ( novice ) , i'm doing my bike lessons at the mo & have just bought a 2001 929 rr1 blade in yellow cos i fell in love with it as soon as i seen it , the bike was in pristene condition when i bought it , then i went to get it out of the shed with the disc lock on & cracked the front mudguard , i've searched all over for one the same colour as the bike with no scracthes , cracks or marks , is there anyone on here that could point me in the right direction , all help will be greatly appreicated , thankyou

Front fender?? Ebay a friend of mine just bought one good quality also for 35 shipped..
Ya ill agree a blade for a first bike that's rough, better GEAR UP..

Novice, welcome to the thread. The fact of have the 929 as a first bike isn't as bad as they are making it. That was my first sportbike and I am going on 10 years now having it. Always respect it, ride within your limits and enjoy the forum. Lots of great people on here. Where you from??? and post up some pictures of that canary yellow 929 when you get a chance.

As for the front fender(mudguard as you say) you can check out www.ebay.com. sometimes a little hard to find parts and such for the 929 but ebay would be a good start.

im not brave , im stupid as my m8ts say , ive never been on a bike in my life but i fell in love with the blade straight away

thanks for that but im in no rush as i havent passed my test yet , ive only just started having lesseons , but yeh i looked on ebay already and its difficult getting one the same colour
