There was a new model RR introduced in 2007 which is reputedly (i have never owned one) to be the best example, it should be distinguished by having the HESS system on it (Honda Electronic Steering System) steering damper.
Looks like you may have a winner there.

The CBR600F4 (carbureted) became the CBR600F4i in 2001 when they added Fuel Injection. In 2004, the F4i was modified in aesthetics a little when they went to a single (what we call banana) seat. This was the year that the CBR600RR was introduced in the US. The CBR600F4i was available for 2 more years until 2006. It was discontinued in 2007.

If I'm looking at spending no more than $5000 (AUD), all I'm finding nearby to sell if 2005 or less models(with up to 70000kms) either RR or Fs, they most likely owned by number of guys, so no established service records, may be used & abused a lot, who knows,
Given that I'm spending only a little, I can't expect a mint bike, and for this being a bulletproof machine, does it matter if the service history isn't there or such,
What are your thoughts,

Thanks Dirt, so only but only a little difference. The RR was introduced into the UK in 2002 when they stopped producing (for the UK market anyway) the twin seat FS and only running the banana seat F until 2006.

For what it's worth, condition is everything. A bike as near to stock as you can get it that looks well cared for and rides well would be the best place to start. Don't worry too much about mileage as you should get a feel of how it has been looked after.

I think I'd exercise caution. Visually it seems ok. They talk track, but frame sliders are in a location where the cowl screws go, That makes it an M6 screw. Not going to survive going down while riding. UV Oil leak check? Seems over the top. Replaced the front master cylinder. Why? Didn't replace it with a different type, still looks OEM. Anyway, if you go look at it, maybe bring someone you trust that is knowledgeable on sport bikes.

Thank you both for your inputs,

I have another query, I found another one which says that the check engine light stays on once the bike is started,
Apparently, the engine oil sensor isn't working, (I don't buy that, but it may be true, I'm not expert)

It doesn't blink or anything, what would that mean, (apart from checking engine obviously, lol, )

He's happy to drop the price low, 2006, 600RR + 50000KMS asking price 4600AUD aesthetics are clean, is it worth cheap buy and fix myself,

I'm thinking about getting a mechanic go with me once I line up a few bikes to see,

Hope I'm not asking too many questions,

I'd recommend to be extremely cautious of that engine light. It is 50000k so most likely you will need to perform the big (and expensive) maintenance on the engine. Valve clearance, spark plugs etc. Some PC37 600RR (2003-2007) had oil burning issue and this might be the case here, would need new piston rings. That's a lot of hours and a big bill from the shop. The mechanic will be your dearest friend in this, make sure to treat him a couple of pints so he trusts you :P (Don't drink and ride)
