Default New Member.. Hello

Hey Everyone... I am a new member!

I just went out and bought my first bike today. I got a 2003 CBR 600 F4i, with 9000 miles on it. Has an ART pipe which I've never heard of but it sounds nice. Also has some flush mount front and rear turn signals. Also has some terrible stickers on the bike.. but those will come off very quickly

I have some questions first of all though.

What are some tips / suggestions for a first time rider.
I am definitely registering for the bike safety course

Also where is the best place for insurance. I called around about 3 weeks ago when I was pretty serious about a bike just to get an idea and I found some different rates everywhere.

I am 22, Single and have a clean driving record. So any help with insurance would be great!

My car is under my parents policy and they were really high on rates so I decided to check with everyone here.

Here are a few pictures of the bike. I still have to get gear and a helmet. Any recommendations on that?

Howdy After you take the safety course the best thing you can do is just ride , the more time you can put into riding the better.
Just make sure your right wrist is'nt writing checks your butt can't cash. As for insurance State Farm seems to be the cheapest for full coverage.
