Hey everyone my name is Juan, just joined today! I'm from Oklahoma. I started riding when i was 14, currently 29, when my step dad bought a honda cbr 929. I don't remember how I convinced him to let me take it out an learn how to ride but it somehow happened haha. It was all she wrote after that. I currently own a 2012 cbr 1000rr. It was my baby, until i had my baby, so now it's the second child. Haha. But i still love it

Glad to be here and II appreciate it. And you're right that is some bike to learn on, i didn't know it then, but i know it now. Haha i sometimes look back on that situation and think to myself, "wtf was he thinking letting a 14yo take a bike like that out on his own!" 😅 But I'm sure glad he did.

That's a funny story. Is that your step dad in the background holding his head wondering "what have I done"? LOL. Nice ride.

That's my little cousin. He just had helped me clean my bike. He wants to learn how to ride so he was trying to gain brownie points 😆

I hear that!! Cool, he could be a future riding buddy. Definitely want to encourage that.
