Talking new kid

hey there name is alex, 23 i live in los angeles, iam new to the bike and cbr community just recently bought a 2002 honda cbr f4i from a friend of a friend. after having it i found out thier was problems with the lighting so decided to in vestigate and upon doing so i found out all the wiring had been hacked up so long story short i will have alot of questions so you guys will be hearing from me.....

get yourself over to the f4i section and ask away,make sure you get a good wiring diagram, and get some pics up when you can

you can probably find a used harness for short money on ebay..
there are plenty of parts out there for your bike..
enjoy!!!
oh and Alex, if theres one good peice of info i can give you. buy the best helmet,gloves and jacket you can afford, they may well save your life some day and save you a whole lot of healing and skin!!

Welcome to CBRF... The F4i is a great bike and they are easy to work on... The F4i section guys should be able to sort you out, just ask... +1 on the get good gear... Consider it an "assvestment"

Welcome to the forum! We have a lot of guys in SoCal, so if you ever need tool Im sure they wouldn't mind you bringing over a 6-pack and borrowing their tools.
