sup my friends. live near philly, pa. my names damian. im currently on my 3rd bike... started with an 09 ninja 250 about a yr ago. then 06 gsxr 600 a few months later... now onto 09 green cbr 600rr... my favorite... and i finally splurged after using the 250 to learn motorcycles... the gsxr as a stepping stone... then now i went out and bought this one with very low miles... and this is gonna be my bike for the next couple years. i'll post it as my main pic once i get more than 5 mins in here. just wanted to introduce myself. feel free to PM or w/e. mostly on here to read other posts and watch the for sale section.

hey guys thanks for all the welcomes...
im very "stupid" when it comes to bikes. like i previously stated just started riding a little over a year ago... but absolutely love my bike. and whoever said about great color combo i really appreciate it! i always loved the lime green look but didnt want a zx-6... so i was looking at the blue and silver or orange and silver... that is until i realized cbr had 1 year of green... but i had figured out i wanted a honda which is what caused me to join the forums... i love the bike! also like i said my fav bike ive owned. ive driven a monster edition zx-6 (i believe it was an 09). i had a ninja 250. driven a 2011 gsxr 750. owned an 06 gsxr 600... and this cbr is my favorite to drive...

anyways i've installed a custom taillight
frame sliders (matching RR green ones)
bought a windscreen off ebay but wasnt happy with it so never installed in
i rock an icon prime hero jacket in black... sick jacket btw. super comfortable!
still working on boots/sneakers other than everyday ones...
not into the pants as much tho... they remind me of my snowboarding pants too much...
that is about as much as i have to offer right now... haha but again thanks for the "welcomes" guys... if any1 is from philly or near the area or even jersey area. my buddy lives there and he sumtimes commutes here and vis versa and we ride together... oh and im 23 to those curious... (sum ppl r weird about riding with those much younger/older than themselves)

 

Near / in Philly, you gotta hit Revzilla in South Philly for gear. You'll find non-snowboarder pants there. And non-"Hi, I'm Farmer Bill!" Kevlar jeans

 

Of course the CBR is your favorite! ;-) That's as it should be. Ride Red!!! :-)

kuroshio thanks bud. i'll have to check that place out. but yes that was the issue with pants. you either look like a "ratard" in those jeans or u look crazy dumb in those snowboard pants lol. so id just wear shorts (dumb) or my jeans/sweatpants...

and gotcbr yes i understand. if you're only here to "receive" ull just be another jerk that expects from every1 and gives nothing.

but i'll scan the forums most nights and i'll post here and there about random bs... just dont expect anything too intelligent
