Default New here and new to bikes

Hello, Name is Ryan. I live in Sullivan, MO and I just bought my first bike. Its a 95 CBR 600F3 But was told it has a 98 motor on it. This bike was rough when I got it. Got some used plastics for it and made it look a little better cause he had no front plastics. Runs like ****, Changed the plugs and put a fuel filter on it cause it did not have one. Made it run a little better. Has junk spark plug wires but I cannot find wires for it. Looks to be like homemade car wires on it from autozine and are Electric taped. Hoping thats why it runs like ****. Cuts in and out in every gear, hard to start at times. Wanting to fix all the small crap before I decide it needs carb work. So I will cruising around this forum for parts and such. Hopefully this is a good enough intro.
