New here and I'm short!!
Hey guys I'm new here. Name is Dennis. I love the way the cbr looks. In 2010 I had a 2006 gsxr 600 and loved it. I love the gsxr but I love the cbr too. I want a cbr 1000rr now and not anything older than 04. Can anybody tell me and good or bad things about the bike. I am currently looking for one. Oh I am only 5'6" which sucks!! lol So is anybody my size with a cbr 1000? Thanks guys and sorry if I did something wrong

Welcome aboard Dennis!
By researching & asking questions in the 1000RR section, you'll get more productive answers...as many members don't frequent the new member area.
As for being short & the challenge that poses w/ riding, there are others here in your situation that can give you tips to help...such as lowering the bike, etc.

your in luck. the CBR 1000RR wasnt produced until 2004. you CANT get anything older than '04

I'm "vertically challenged", 5'4" and ride a 96 F3. A 04+ 1000RR isn't that much taller in seat height and weight(I have a steel chassis). I recommend ride till it gets second nature, you'll get the hang if inclines and declines in roads, I sure did. Just ride.
