Names Michael I been thinking about getting a motorcycle sense I turned 20 now I'm 23 and said well its time I've never rode a motorcycle so I'm always up for new things ill be taking the motorcycle class at our local community college soon before I buy my bike. I've been on this fourm reading and researching stuff and this site has been very helpful so I joined. My mind is made up on getting a older honda cbrf4I I like the way they look and feel I set on my uncles cbr and like it I've been looking around and seen quite a few for sale so soon as I finish my class ill be buying a bike hopefully if not I can wait I'm in no rush.

Welcome aboard Michael!

A wise decision on taking the motorcycle safety course. Be open minded, listen & learn.

Take your time looking at CBRs for sale. Don't fall in love w/ the first one you see...unless its a great bike at a great price, of course. ;-) All joking aside, just take your time & scrutinize the bikes that you look at. Take a friend w/ you if you can. Trust your gut...if something doesn't seem right w/a bike or the person selling, walk away...there are always more bikes. Anyway, good luck!

Good to have you here.

I'm also up in northern VA and I can tell you F4i's pop up for sale just about every other day around here. If for some reason the one you want sells or has something wrong with it, there will be another right around the corner. Hold out for a good deal on a solid bike. Take a look around the F4i section on here to get a little background knowledge on the bike before you buy.

Welcome to the madness

Yep they do pop up, I bought the first one because it had 4600 miles and the guy tool 3400 for it. No scratches or anything on it

Thanks for the welcome I'm in no hurry to buy the bike gotta save up to get it so once i find the right one i should be good to go i already got the basics on what i want to get for it fender eliminator kit, flush mount turn signals, power commander if it dosen't have it already when i get it. Once riding season is over i plan on doing some lighting mods and prob change out the sprockets and chain i already know what riding gear i want just to gotta get fitted for helmet and jacket gotta do something cause the mustang drinks a lot of gas.
Feel Free To add me on face book names Michael Cuffee should be sitting in the car with sun shades on..
