Default New Here! CBR 600 (pic)

Hey all,

I bought my first bike a little over a month ago and decided to join the forum!
I picked up a 2012 cbr600 (leyla). Had 200 miles on it when i grabbed it. I'm at about 1200 now.
It came with all the mods it currently has, with the exception of me adding a helmet locker. Currently had HIDs (both beams), flush side signals, integrated tail light. The only thing im really looking to do right now is pick up a rear cowl. I hear its best to go with dealership because the paint and fitment on aftermarket ones isnt great.
Love riding and looking forward to interacting on the forum!

Welcome to the forum!
That's a lot of first bike, take it easy please. Wear your gear and use common sense at all times. Glad you're having a good time riding, it's definitely a life changer.

Where are you located?

I'm in long island, just outside nyc if you're familiar with the area.
Thanks for the advice. I take it easy for sure. I've been riding for a few months. I learned on a friend's r6. After a few months of practice, I decided it was time to go for it so I took the msf course and bought a bike.
I always ride geared up; I have a helmet, jacket and gloves.

I did and I really enjoyed it. I plan to go back for the intermediate course next season!

Thanks for all the praise everyone! I really appreciate the warm welcome.
