New here!
hey guys,
Just picked up a 1992 CBR 600F2. I am hoping that this will be my main go to site, seems like there are a lot of knowledgeable people here.
A few questions i had was 1) where do you keep your registration? 2) where do you lock your helmet when parked?
thanks in advnace

I keep all my docs in my wallet. No use not having them on you when you get pulled over... I have two helmets, one that I love and would never leave lying about. The other I use when I know I'll be parking the bike and don't want to be lugging around a helmet. I bought a gun lock which fits through the face of the helmet and locks around the passenger foot peg.
Welcome.
I keep my reg and insurance card tucked in my owners manual, which has its own spot on the underside of my seat. On my chopper, I made a pocket on the underside of the seat. If you dont have a place, put it in a plastic bag or sleeve and tape it under you seat or somewhere you can get to it fairly easy.
The helmet...carry it with me. I never leave it with the bike. Too much of an opportunity for someone to steal it, vandalize it, or put trash, spit, or **** in it.

I usually keep my papers under the seat where the tool kit is in a plastic baggie. Idk where the lock is on the f2 but on my F4I theres a little hook for it by the rear tire where u can pass the D rings of the helmet in

and generally carry my helmet.
