Hey there, I just got a 99 F4...took it out for the first time last night and it was heavy as hell. the previous owner told me to adjust the suspension to stock weight cause he's like 70 lbs heavier than I am. Anyone know how and and to what I should adjust the suspension for someone who weighs 130 lbs? and how can I lower the F4? at this point i am only tippy toe. Thanks!!

Welcome to the forum!

If the suspension is set stiff for someone that weighs 200 pounds (like me) then you should soften it up a bit. If you have the owner’s manual, it has detail instructions telling you how to do this.

welcome! congrats on getting the bike you could always use lowering links to lower the bike. i think you're able to lower it up to 3" that way.
