Keep it naked. Make it a nice fighter





Welcome to the forum! What are you going to do with it, though? Are you going to keep it? Sell it? Give it back to your friend? If you're going to keep it and track it, make it a track destroyer. Race body work, newer USD forks, Radial brakes, Radial M/C on the front, modified rear, get rid of a ton of stuff that you won't need (weight), etc.

Welcome to CBRF... Good to see your gonna spent some time with the CBR... I'm sure you'll have fun with the bike no matter what you do to it...

But Conrice does make a convincing case...
