New guy New Bike ( to me)
Hey, glad to see a CBR forum. I just got an 87 Hurricane 1000f for next to nothing 500 cash and a little Electrical work. It has set for about 2 years but I got her running. Needs carbs rebuilt very badly. Idle only any gas and she dies. I am letting it run now with some RXP in the gas, just to get started, I will pull the carbs when I get the service manual. I hope to be posting alot it looks like there are plenty of experts here to help.
