Failed DMV? Sorry to hear that. Do you mean the riding portion or written?

i failed the written test. i thought i could just go in there and wing it, and be good. i'm gonna study up now, and hopefully go back today and pass it.

i passed it this morning with a 90!!! amazing what sleep, eat, and study does for you. now i can officially ride legal woohoo!!!

well, i rode out in traffic yesterday. I was super nervous, but it went ok. I only had 1 person try and cut me off, luckily i saw him and was able to react accordingly. Riding among the general populous is definitely going to take some getting used to, I'm still shy about getting on the Freeway. I'm trying to take little baby steps.

Riding in traffic as a new rider can be somewhat intimidating. Just ride you own ride & remember your safety course. You are displaying a mature attitude toward riding tho & that's great.

Are you wearing a reflective vest? If not, you may want to start using one in metropolitan areas. Also, you can get reflective tape & affix it to your helmet. There is also reflective rim tape for your wheels...comes in dif colors as well.

Continue w/ your safe approach to riding. You'll be fine. :-)
