Hey guys Im new to this forum. Kinda. I bought a CBRf2 a few years ago and moved onto a R1. My love of honda never left. So resently I had a chance to pic up a F4 and F4i for REAL cheap. The F4 ran great but someone had turned it into a POS with fiberglass MP3 player holders, 6x9 speakers in the tail, and a car sterio in the rear seat, OMFG. PARTS BIKE !!!!! But the cbr600f4i was decent. It had been laid down and need a bit of work. SO I charged the battery and tried to turn it over. uh.... nothing. Turns out the bike when wrecked was laid on its side for 2 days and the left most cylinder was COMPLETELY filled with oil. after a vacume, some open air engine turns, and new plugs she fired rught up and sounds great!

So im back guys, mostly reading but still. Got to love hondas.

Now my head REALY hurts. I just got back from the DMV here in town and the title has a lien on it. I called the compainy and they said there is a 5K loan on the bike thats in defalt. I bought the bike as a project, it has a bit of damage. The bank knows this and doesnt care I have the bike, in fact they do not want it back. BUT in order to get the title they want me to pay them 2500.00. FRAGGGGGG. From what the bank told me they have to hold the title till the person who owned it pays what insurance didn't cover. But the bike itself has been writen off and they do not want it back.

Now im on the hurt for a frame.

The only reason I bought this bike was the front forks and right side peg had been bent. I just happen to have a peg and a set of forks on hand for CHEAP. I had NO idea the motor was oil locked up. Once the motor ran I was jumping for joy. I thought my troubles where over. Lame. Well guess I get to learn about CBR600f4i's the hard way. =*(
