Hey

I just registered, I thought I would introduce myself. My names Chett. I'm from NY. I am hopefully picking up a 2001 cbr F4i on friday. Excellent condition and only 4000 miles. I have a bunch of questions and I'm gonna read over the site first before I make a new thread. I know nothing about modding a bike so hopefully I will learn a lot here.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get parts? I would really like a piggyback system..i think its called a powercommander. I love to modify and make things my own. The only thing on this bike is a Yosh exhaust.

See you around
Chett

p.s. is there anything I should look for when buying a used bike??? a checklist of some sort to make sure everything is workin

Welcome to the Forum, Chett !
Plenty to see and do here
Go to technical section for questions, and answers.

I'd say get to know your new ride before doing mods - they are awesome machines out of the box...

Hey

I went to to go see the seller. My bike is truly beautiful for how old it is. I really couldn't find any scratches or blemishes. He added also added in the stock windscreen, a half bottle of stuff u put in the gas tank before storage..I forget the name and he added a yuasa battery charger theres a plug on the bike that plugs right into it to charge the battery which was sweet.
I'm a picture *****, it was night but this is what i took since it was dark out....pics are crap b/c I took it on my phone
