Hello all. New to the forum, but not to riding...been riding 43 years (crap, I'm old!!).

Anyhow, I currently have an '05 GIXXER 1k and an '08 Kawi ZX-10R. Now that I've seen the '08 CBR 1000RR, figured I have to get one to add to the stable. People can say what they will, but I really like the looks of the new CBR and from what I've read it has great performance too.

Hopefully, I can add something usefull from time to time.

06 cbr 1000rr and one other bike for long rides.You will have to ask.

 

Welcome!! At first I didn't like the looks of the new 1000RR, but after seeing a silver one at my local dealership.. I've got a new apprecitation for it...

Thanks. I don't have the bike yet....shopping price right now. I'm ready to buy, though. Amazing how many dealers don't start below suggested retail! I got both my GIX and Kawi "out-de-do'" for less than suggested retail. I'm sure I'll find a deal somewhere in Central Florida.
