Default New to forum

Just wanted to say hello to everyone..im a new member from the washington dc area..just bought a 2002 cbr 600 f4i , yellow and black..i will be posting some pictures very soon..Just received my moto liscense, took the course etc..i used to ride dirtbikes as a teenager (kx125} and finally decided to get something for the street..i know theres a big difference in the 2 and all the safety precautions etc..ive been riding friends bikes on the street for a few years, but now i have my own..looking forward to talking and learning from you all, be safe..Gunner

Welcome to the boards. Glad you could join us. Awseome bike you have there. I have to give you props for taking the msf course. Thats one of the biggest things I try and reccomend new and old riders take.

yeah, i love it so far..just bought it and its near mint condition, 2,400miles, d&d exhaust, k&n filter, i also bought the undertail with custom led and flush mount turn sigs..those arent installed yet, but they will be before riding season..below i posted my picture site, feel free to check out my bike, my car is on there as well..as far as the course, it wasnt exactly the MSF course, but the main instructor in the area for that started his own course, which was way more in depth, and alot more seat time..He felt that the MSF rushed people through, to where he gave you more than they could..he still provided the bike/helmet, but would only have 5 people per class, and took us up to the mva to take the "real test". Our MSF course around here is backlogged for 2 years, and i wasnt waiting..MSF is a good course, dont get me wrong, i suggest it to anyone who is new to riding. Alot of good info and priceless learning experience can be gained from that course.http://community.webshots.com/user/gunrman13
