Ya i am... so with the key in everything lights up normally and fuel pump cycles but when i turn the key im hearing a clicking near the battery and all the lights shut off and everything resets including the clock which is weird... Anyway ive checked all the connections and fuses and wires and everything is good (that i can see)
ditto. if you can take the battery out and take it to your local autozone/napa/discount advanced they should be able to tell you how many volts it has. the clicking you are hearing is the start relay.
welcome to cbrf by the way. sounds like this isn't too big of a problem. i hope you get your bike back on the road and get involved with the forum. it's a great group of riders.

What i don't get is that i cant even bump start it... ive had 2 do that a few times and once it starts its fine and the battery isnt that old and i live in Arizona so it doesnt get cold then hot quickly... ill try autozone but the bad thing is that the bike has been my only transportation for 3 years and this is first major thing that i cant figure out... Thanx u guys

I'll agree with the posters above - battery would be the prime suspect.
I had a friend visit recently on a 696 Ducati Monster, she pulled up and switched the bike off, then when it was time to leave, no life at all. No amount of bump starting worked, and the battery 'read' 12 plus volts with no load. Give it a load and it was another story - just under 6 volts. So even when we boost started it, as the revs dropped it would die.
So, new battery and all was peachy.
Cheers, SB

dont know if auto zone can load test a motorcycle battery. I took mine there and the guy say they dont have the proper tester, I took mine to cycle gear....note that a battery voltage can be tested good, but the load amp may be not.
