Default New Florida Rider

What’s up everybody! I’m glad I finally got approved for the forum. So I’m a new rider on my new used 98 600. It’s sweet, only 5900 miles on it. I’ve only rode dirt bikes before when I was a teenager so at 46 I’m trying to take it slow. The first few weeks have been a blast. I’m in Lakeland in central FL. So, glad to be riding!

The bike looks great! I'm thinking a tail tidy and some flush mount front signals would be a couple of cheap mods to add a more modem/less bulky look.

Happy riding!

Thanks guys. Yeah it’s all stock except the pipe it was on when I got it. I thought about the tail before I started riding it and it looked bulky. Once I got the fairings back on it looks better now. I did think about some led upgrades for higher visibility. I am leaning more toward performance mods. Maybe some sprocket and chain stuff but it seems you have to do some speedo stuff too. Any input on that?
