I have a CBR 600rr. I've had it since Nov. '03.

The bike...,which is for sale , and some other cool stuff can be seen here http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/673056

The crack in the lower fairing is from stupid Raccon at ~55mph.

Yeah... I don't think it survived. He darted out from the end of a bridge I was crossing and luckily missed the front wheel. But he smacked the plastic and my booted foot pretty good. It put a hefty strain on my ankle put didn't injure it.

Hi and welcome to the boards. Glad you found us. So why are you selling the 600? Getting something bigger and better? Nice choice of cars there.

I need a roll cage and miscalaneous turbo parts for 240 and sooner is better. Not to mention I've had enough thrills in traffic on the bike to suite me for the rest of my life. Or at least for a few years....

I thought along the same lines as you. I've been building cars for several years. I've built some of the fastest Neon's on the east coast, several that ran low 12 and 11 second 1/4 mile passes. But there just comes a time when you realize that no matter how much money you put into a car, a bike will almost always be faster for cheaper. I do love the 240 though. It's a great project car with alot of potential.
